Training on the use of social media for business is tailored specially to the specific needs of an individual small business owner or a medium-sized company wishing to provide added confidence for their staff using social media as part of their job roles. This can also be used to support an existing marketing team on campaigns development or to train a group of staff to improve their use of one or more social media platforms with which to better support the business.
The session for individuals is based on a 2 hour session and the supply of a campaigns strategy document. This is ideal for a start-up business as refresher training for individuals needing more of a hand-held approach (e.g. setting up Twitter for business, exploring best practice in using LinkedIn and so on).
For group staff training the service includes development of a bespoke training package, workshop delivery to teams and 1:1 support for individual team members directly after the group workshop. Provision also includes the supply of a set of how-to notes to take away so nobody forgets how to do things!
